Optical Center has more than 750 stores in 8 countries. The Milton Keynes branch, located in a live retail park, is one of 8 in the UK. 

Its stores are celebrated for being spacious, modern, and airy – yet with a warm and welcoming vibe. 

Key to creating this atmosphere is their ambient and feature lighting. Choosing the perfect eyeglasses requires the perfect lighting and AJS installed and commissioned both LED and feature lighting to enhance the customer experience. We complemented this with a music system to help customers relax whilst making those all-important decisions.

Invisible to the senses, yet crucial to an ultra-modern store utilising state of the art technology, was the setting up of a new Low Voltage (LV) system and a new Cat6 data cable infrastructure. We provided this, as well as essentials such as a fire alarm system.

Finally, we conducted all the necessary testing and commissioning. As NICEIC qualified electrical experts, the Optical Center was safe in our hands.
