‘Complete M&E installations from design to completion’

For our commercial industrial projects we are employed by the client to deliver a full M&E package – from concept to completion. These works typically include:

  • Isolation / strip out throughout
  • Full M&E design
  • Installation of a new LV distribution system
  • Installation of new energy saving LED lighting throughout
  • Installation of energy saving HVAC & BMS
  • Installation of fire alarms
  • New sanitaryware
  • EV charging
  • Testing & commissioning
  • Producing O&M files upon completion

AJS works on this warehouse/ office unit included:

  • Complete new mains distribution including individual metering (all on site fabrication & wiring from in house engineers) 
  • LED lighting internally & external Smart THORN / Zumtobel dimming lighting within the warehouse to maximise efficiency
  • L1 addressable fire alarm system
  • EV charging
  • Lightning protection upgrade
  • New domestic water services throughout amenity areas & sanitaryware
  • AC, heat recovery & ventilation throughout
